maven-hpi: Add an option to exclude JAR files from HPI

      Currently maven-hpi copies shaded JARs to the output directory. In the case of the class relocation it may be OK, but classloaders may take them somehow, so it may cause a conflict.

      I propose to add an option, which completely excludes the specified JARs from output HPIs
