Swarm client fails to close sockets during master discovery

      The Swarm client fails to close sockets when discovering and creating a swarm slave. This leads to sockets sitting in the CLOSE_WAIT state and remaining unreleased for the lifetime of the client process.

      To reproduce: start a swarm client, then do an 'lsof -i' and note the sockets in CLOSE_WAIT associated with the process.
