Description
We need to be able to poll perforce SCM using a different mask than the one used
to checkout, this is useful for situations in which you have a huge workspace
but you're only interested in changes in a small part of it.

I've added similar functionality to an experimental branch that I'll be merging after some more testing. The biggest difference between my change and what is described, is that it doesn't use a separate client workspace. Instead, it's just a list of depot paths that changes are listed from. As a result, the '-' prefix will not work.

But I'm not finding any instructions for how this works. Is it documented anywhere that I can look?

Is it documented anywhere that I can look? It's documented on the plugin configuration page under 'View Mask'. Feel free to fire me an email if you've got any more questions. 
Just as a side note: the latest 1.0.16 release should restore the functionality of the '-' prefix in the view spec that was broken in 1.0.15.
gborbolla, what does your change look like? Are you adding a new optional text box for the polling view spec?
