job-level promotion status shows incorrect information

We're seeing three problems with the Job-level promotion status page:

      • Promotion history is sorted lexicographically, i.e. 9 > 10
      • This causes the 'last promoted build' to be wrong most of the time
      • The build number displayed is the internal build number, not the 'customized' build name (if setting a custom build name).

I am seeing the same behavior. It appears the sort routine is wrong. It is sorting as if the build #'s are strings instead of numbers.
