UI: table is based on no standard Jenkins UI

    Description

      Jenkins does provide some common libraries in order to create tables in Jelly with some functionality such as: sortable, bigtable, pane and so on.

      This plugin doesn't use them, actually it does implement something else, let's normalize that in order to reuse those common components as I've already done with the below project:
