Add support for ANSI color output in console

      Despite having the ansicolor-plugin installed, promoted build console output does not handle ANSI codes. It would be great if we could get the same color support within promoted builds.

      Not sure if this is a problem within the promoted-builds-plugin or the ansicolor-plugin. Also see: https://github.com/dblock/jenkins-ansicolor-plugin/issues/34
