Return queue item location of scheduled build

      When a build is triggered by Build Token Root plugin, HTTP response body contains

      Scheduled

      There's no way to retrieve the scheduled item in the Jenkins queue.

      Returning a HTTP redirect like the standard job API does could be better. (see https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/blob/master/core/src/main/java/hudson/model/ParametersDefinitionProperty.java#L185-L192)
