Configuration should not require a trailing slash on Build Server URL

      While it is noted in the help for the "Build Server URL" that it needs to end in a slash, really the software should be smart enough to put this in place when it is missing.

          Should JENKINS-29950 be implemented, this logic would become necessary I think since the Location URL does not necessarily end in a slash.

          Agreed. It should properly format the value the way it is expecting and not require a human to worry about something trivial like a trailing slash. I don't actively develop this plugin but I do maintain pull requests and releases. Contributions are welcome to resolve this issue.
