[JENKINS-3005] build fails if mantis plugin cannot add note

I have hudson 1.282 and mantis-plugin 0.6. Our mantis version is 1.6.2.

I have defect which is set to resolved. When there is a checkin which links to
this defect, I get the following error in the plugin

[MANTIS] Failed to add note to Mantis issue #176 (cause: Issue '176' is readonly.).

which causes the build to fail. IMHO The build should not fail because of this.
