Whenever someone makes a comment to a PR in Stash, it triggers a build in Jenkins. This becomes a bit annoying and a bit of a resource hog in Jenkins as other teams in my company are using our local Jenkins host for CI.

• Build only if Stash reports no conflicts: Yes
• Build only if PR is mergeable? No
• Only build when asked (with test phrase)?: No
• CI Build Phrases: empty
