      It's a follow up to our discussion with recena
      Currently JobProperty and BuildWrapper configs have different ordering, so it impacts the usability. Direct order change does not improve UI greatly due to huge configs, so probably we should completely rework the layout.

          My preference would be to completely get rid of such big configuration page and decouple the current 4 fields to different "EnvInjectSource" extension points. The interface would be able to just provide a selectable dropdown.

          It would allow to make the interface much more pretty and probably to add an option for disabling hazardous Groovy modes or adding Groovy Sandbox extension points
