DRY and TaskScanner plugin: build.xml file is not generated when the plugin is included in a job

When one of these two plugins is activated as a post-build step in a MultiJob task, the build does not generate a build.xml file. The result is that when Jenkins reloads from disk the job dissapears from the build list.

When both plugin execution are removed, the job generates correctly
