URL validator does not accept port number in URL path

      Build failure analysis plugin does not appear to support port number in URL when using the Advanced... setting when trying to determine if a regex matches the build log.

      So, for example, http://foobar.com:2000/jenkins/50/

      will throw an "Invalid URL" error when you try to test the pattern against the build log.
