Sorting promotions in order of appearance

      It looks like by default this job sorts alphabetically, it would be nice if promotions would appear in the order they are declared. It would be nice if you could change the order of the promotions as well.

      In my case I am deploying to multiple servers on deploy
      Development server
      Testing server
      UAT server
      PreProd server

      Ideally they would appear in that order, as that is the order they will be deployed in, but instead it shows them alphabetically.
