Workflow Editor (ACE) doesn't work on IE 10 on Windows 2012

      ACE Editor loads extensions asynchronously and there seems to be some issue with this on IE 10 on Windows 2012, at least via the "Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Base" image on AWS (via Remote Desktop).
