Disappearing project authorization matrix configuration

      I'm using "Project-based Matrix Authorization Strategy". When I go to project
      config page and select "Enable project-based security" in project config.xml
      stays only:
      <hudson.security.AuthorizationMatrixProperty>
      <useProjectSecurity>true</useProjectSecurity>
      </hudson.security.AuthorizationMatrixProperty>

      All <permission> nodes are removed, and in fact the authorization matrix is
      eliminated.
