Nested folder jobs reports view permission not available

      I have a user X which has all the build failure analyzer permissions, can administrate the build failures if accessed from the the Jenkins root, however, if accessed from a folder nested job(/<folder-name>/<job>), he get's "X is missing the Build Failure Analyzer/ViewCauses permission".
