SQLPlus Script Runner 1.0.1 - "file script" will not run + other issues...

      #1 When using the "File Script" option, the build will hang and never finishes. The same job used to run in version 1.0.0 (with ORACLE_HOME injected to build environment).

      #2 When using the "File Script" option, if "User Defined Script" is populated. the user defined script is ran, instead of the "File Script".

      #3 When using "User Defined Script" option, works fine.
