Ideally, this would be true for all delete actions for all item types. Instead of delete being treated as a first class action, it should be pushed down to a configuration option to help trim the goop in the left menu.

PR 40 makes the existing sidepanel link appear also in the context menu, which I think was always the intent but was broken.
