Using Env variable on Build/Publish docker container

      I have defined build param IMAGE;
      On "Directory for Dockerfile", i want to set ./library/$IMAGE
      But $Image is not resolved

      I have this error:
      Docker Build: building image at path /home/jenkins/workspace/BuildLabsService/library/$IMAGE
      ERROR: Build step failed with exception

      Jenkins 1.625.3
      Docker plugin 0.16.0
