[JENKINS-32804] Cucumber 'pretty' reports are not displayed

Cucumber reports: 1.2.0
Windows machine , chrome browser

Unable to generate reports using the Cucumber JVM plugin

We are using tyhis plugin almost 6 months was working fine.
But upgrading Jenkins to 1.646 version from 1.598, reports stopped generating.

We rely & publish reports to the client with result of our test cases which include Production environment testing as well.
