Blacklist of emails or user option to disable emails

      Some users don't want to receive emails, or in my case, I have an api/script user account that doesn't have a valid email address. It would be nice to have a way to prevent the sending of emails to those users. Perhaps a user option to disable emails or a system wide blacklist of email addresses that shouldn't be used.

          Never mind, I'm an idiot. I just realized there is an exclude list in the global configuration. That's exactly what I'm looking for.
