Users have found that the support core plugin can be corrupted which causes some issues while generating a support bundle. The support core plugin should generate a new bundle and place it in disk, then make the support bundle available through download (2 buttons where you click "Generate", and "Download"). This would make for less corrupt support bundles and much faster download speeds for support bundles as it only needs to go on disk and get the support bundle vs potentially waiting a very long time which can also hit timeouts
