Multiple-scm plugin forces clean workpace for every build for Integrity Plugin

      multiple-scm plugin forces Integrity plugin to do a clean workspace every time a build is triggered, even though Clean Workspace option is disabled. The multiple-scm plugin bypasses the calcRevisionsFromBuild() method in IntegritySCM class which forces every IntegritySCM.checkout to trigger with a null baseline SCMRevisionState parameter and leads to a clean copy everytime.
