Original: HostConfig at API container start is deprecated at the moment and scheduled to be removed in 1.12 (https://github.com/docker/docker/pull/17799) Support for HostConfig at container start is already broken in the latest release of Docker Swarm (https://github.com/docker/swarm/issues/1781#issuecomment-182045481).
