Triggering exit /b 255 in promotion batch script results a promotion job to hang for a while

      If you add a windows batch execute step to a promotion and specify an exit /b 255 command in it this will result a promotion job to remain in Pending state for a 10-15 minutes until it is marked as failed with log

      exit /B 255
      failed build hudson.tasks.BatchFile@1d32b794 SUCCESS
