Clang Scanbuild plugin does not adhere to Jenkins prefix

      When using clang scanbuild and having Jenkins configured with JENKINS_ARGS containing an prefix (in my case: " --prefix=/ci") the URL's in the scanbuild graphs on the project page still use '/' resulting in erroneous URL's.
