At the tail end of the Windows installer's "remove" action, the user is presented with a "Finish" button.

Clicking this button opens http://localhost:8080 in the browser, which predictably doesn't work because we just stopped the service!

Is this still the case with the newer installer?

I just tried with the latest installer for LTS and this did not occur. I believe this was fixed with the new installer, but I am not sure what version that was.
