Jenkins 2.0 - New Item interface does not print validation messages

    Description

      Name validation messages in the "Create Item" UI are not being displayed in 2.0 "Create Item" interface.
      It impacts use-cases based on the item names.

      • Jenkins core's Regex naming strategy does not display the warnings anymore
      • Role Strategy plugin cannot validate permission patterns for Item.CREATE
      • Various advisory tools for names cannot be used as well (I had private-source plugins, which used to integrate name filters with Ownership plugin)
