setup wizard plugin selection - no links to wiki...

A new user may want to have more information about a plugin. That's why the current plugin manager has hyperlinks to the plugins wiki page to get more info.

However this is not exposed in the new setup wizard and I really think it should be.

teilo I'm not going to Jira-wrestle you over the type field. IMO, this is a brand new feature with no previous equivalent, so can't be a regression...and the initial implementation of the feature to display the plugin name works, but is lacking the very-useful nicety of providing a clickable link to the wiki...making it a very worthy improvement.
