Add environmnet variable with build_number for a build being rebuild

      Add environment variable that points to build number for the build being rerun by Rebuild plugin. The same as in Naginator Plugin - $NAGINATOR_BUILD_NUMBER.
      For example:
      REBUILD_NUMBER=${BUILD_NUMBER_BEING_RERUN}
