Minor Edit jp.ikedam.jenkins.plugins.extensible_choice_parameter.GlobalTextareaChoiceListProvider.xml to add in additional choices. Issue a configuration reload on the Jenkins server. When the Jenkins server is available again, the configuration does not show the edits for the new choices.

This is an issue not of extensible-choice-parameter, but of Jenkins core.
"Reload Configuration from Disk" only reloads configurations of items (such as projects),
but doesn't reload the system configuration.
It differs from the behavior described in the page, "Discard all the loaded data in memory and reload everything from file system. Useful when you modified config files directly on disk."
