"Reload Configuration from Disk" does not pick up changes to "Configure System"

      Edit jp.ikedam.jenkins.plugins.extensible_choice_parameter.GlobalTextareaChoiceListProvider.xml to add in additional choices. Issue a configuration reload on the Jenkins server. When the Jenkins server is available again, the configuration does not show the edits for the new choices.
