CpsScmFlowDefinition should document the custom environment requirements on masters

      CpsScmFlowDefinition uses SCM to checkout the data. SCMs may require custom environment (e.g. Git binary for Git SCM), but it is not stated in help

      Proposal: add a built-in help, which would notice people that they may need custom environment on the Jenkins master
