localhost:8080/workflow-cps-snippetizer/dslReference is a fugly URL

      I've tried to reference built-in documentation in a few presentations and to be blunt localhost:8080/workflow-cps-snippetizer/dslReference is an awful URL.

      When I was chatting with kohsuke about this, he mentioned that there was some support fr "vanity URLs" in Jenkins, so might I suggest /pipeline/dslReference or something along those lines?

      Bonus points if a link were to be added to the sidebar for a Pipeline or anywhere else other than hidden under a "" link click
