xvfb config options don't show up in manage jenkins

      Recently reinstalled this plugin after having some problems with Xvnc + selenium.

      Strange thing is - I can't get any of the admin level configuration options (xvfb installations) to be visible. I've tried completely removing the plugin, restarting, including manually removing any old xvfb config files... Still no go - nothing is visible on the configure screen.

      I did just update to the 2.0 jenkins release - is there any possible compatibility issue?
