cant get around stack trace errors

      coinfigured global security,selected anyone can do anything in the security realm,select matrix-based security, defined permissions for admin user, selected add, save.
      now when i click on the url to access the jenkins console i immediately get a stack trace error.

      restarted jenkins. entered url in browser (http://banesm.lccc.edu:8080) and get tje stack trace error

      how do i get around this ???
