If I configure a job to use the Multiple SCM plugin to checkout source code from two different locations in a TFS 2013 repository. It works.

If I then ask the job to "Create a label in TFS" it fails the build with the following message in the console:
"Labels are only supported for projects using TFS SCM"

I would expect it to apply the label to all the files in both locations.

This would be a useful fix.

We use either freestyle jobs or original build pipeline.

          Thanks.
