DSL support together with promotions plugin

      Promotions plugin already supports DSL (https://github.com/jenkinsci/promoted-builds-plugin#job-dsl-support), but there is no way (or I missed it) to add promotion criteria based on deployment notification plugin.
      Could you please add support for that?
