'alpine' image is automatically downloading

      I am using CloudBees Docker Custom Build Environment Plugin to use docker container as jenkins slave, but accordingly console output is showing that alpine:3.2 is automatically downloading, why is it so ? is it necessary ?
      if not then how to ignore that alpine image downloading.
