Add legend for 'M' & 'C' labels in JaCoCo Coverage Reports

      The Overall Coverage Summary and Coverage Breakdown by Package have graphic bars showing percentages, and associated labels 'M' and 'C'.

      Although seemingly obvious, for people who don't breathe code coverage these can be mysterious. It would help to have a little legend under those tables saying something like

      • 'M' = Missed, 'C' = Covered
