Build log download Content-Type should be text/plain

      The link to open a build log takes you to a page like:

      https://blueocean.io/blue/rest/organizations/jenkins/pipelines/blueocean-docker-image-build/runs/77/log/

      The content type for that link is text/html which yields an unreadable log.

      text/plain would be much easier to read in the general case.
