Components shown via jenkins.main.routes extension point should be isolated for failure

      If you look in blueocean-admin PipelineRoutes.jsx, there are several whole-page components shown via the jenkins.main.routes extension point.

      Should one of them fail, it may break the back button so the user can't get back to the original place.

      This may require that the page components be rendered in a sub tree just like ExtensionPoint does with a clear message saying that page component can't render.
