Jenkins append to issue if one is open.

      If a build have been failing for a few days (don't ask!), a new issue is opened every day. Clearly, this is not necessary correct if the build fails for the same reason – it has not been fixed yet.

      Is there a way to append to a current open issue if there was one open?
