Testlink plugin can't update the tests in Testlink when the build fails due to failed tests.
A junit.xml file is produced after the tests are executed in Jenkins. If all tests pass/not run, the tests/build are updated in Testlink. However, if a test has failed, the testlink plugin does not update on testlink, and does not create the "TestLink results" in the build in Jenkins.
[JENKINS-36012] Testlink plugin can't update the tests in Testlink when the build fails due to failed tests.
