allow configuration of context parameters.

      Currently the AD plugin does not expose context parameters that affect the lookup.

      This is most important for com.sun.jndi.ldap.read.timeout which defaults to zero (which is never timeout). In the case of the cache a bad connection could bring down all authentication for a specific user.

      Whilst you can set this on the command line, it would be global rather than limited to the use in just the AD plugin.
