When adding a new pattern it is very difficult to see what jobs that pattern would apply to. Currently the only way to do this is to create the pattern, save it and then log in with a user with the given permissions to see what you have access to. This is:

a) time consuming because each time you need to edit the pattern you need to delete the old permission set and create a new set with the same name and permissions but a different pattern
b) it's easy to miss accidentally giving permissions to projects that shouldn't be given because it's hard to check that you got them all

Ideally it would be possible to create (or edit) a pattern and then see what projects are visible and what projects are not visible
