Using twitter id in user and message custumization

      I change the Async to Sync because I think this was the cause of my
      configuration did not work. In addiction there are some more features I implemented:

      + In global and project configuration I add a field to add a message dafult
      appended at the end of the message.

      + In user configuration I add field to save user's twitter id

      + In case of FAILURE build result I get the last sender (ChangeSet) and append
      their twitter id in the beginning of the message.

      + In case of update length is gather than 140 chars I divide into N updates with
      the number N in the end.

      + I also changed the getResponseBodyAsString() of the tinyurl to
      getResponseBodyAsStream() that is recommended
