Does not work with samba above 4.1

      Since Samba 4.2 strong encryption is enforced over LDAP see: https://www.samba.org/samba/security/CVE-2016-2112.html

      This means all connection attempts to port 389 will fail with:
      LDAP: error code 8 - BindSimple: Transport encryption required.

      Setting -Dhudson.plugins.active_directory.ActiveDirectorySecurityRealm.forceLdaps=true
      seems to have no effect.
