Why do acceptance tests not run for branches?

      Acceptance tests should run for each branch so that we can validate pull requests

      Two options:
      1. merge acceptance test code into the blue ocean repo
      2. convert the acceptance test job from freestyle to multibranch pipeline

          The second option doens't make sense and wouldn't solve it - it would just mean there are lots of branches of the ATH code.
